Contains: Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Basil, Spearmint, Lavender, Ginger, Ravensara, Cinnamon, Lemongrass, Helichrysum italicum, and Roman Chamomile Essential Oils.

In our busy and demanding world, the effects of stress often manifest as tension in the neck and head area. Use Tension Relief to take away these dark clouds, freeing your head to think clearly again!

Suggested Uses: Mix into a gel, lotion, or carrier oil and massage gently into the temples and neck area. For topical use only. Dilute to 3%.

Caution: Do not use undiluted on the skin. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
