Organic Kukicha Twig Green Tea

Kukicha Twig Green Tea is a traditional beverage in Japan that is made from the roasted stems and stalks of the tea plant. This process delivers a rich roasted flavor and aroma. Because it is comprised of mainly twigs and stems, this tea is very low in caffeine.  Kukicha is also perfect for blending with any of our black, green or oolong teas.  Kukicha is both mild and soothing with a hint of cinnamon.  Since it is particularly low in caffeine, we serve this tea to the whole family, even children, usually iced.
